Yes. Our in-house design team creates free structural dielines, 3D digital mockups, and printing layout reviews for every confirmed order. We also offer digital proofing within 24 hours of receiving your artwork. If you need help building a brand identity from scratch, our design team can assist with that as well.
Yes — door-to-door delivery (DDP) is one of our core services for clients in the Middle East, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. We handle sea freight, customs clearance, and final delivery to your warehouse. We also provide bilingual Arabic/English shipping documentation.
All food-contact products are manufactured to FDA (USA) and EU food safety standards using 100% virgin wood pulp and water-based, food-safe inks. Our food-grade lines undergo migration testing and we can provide full compliance documentation upon request. FSC-certified paper options are also available.
No. Our entire product range is paper-based. We do not manufacture plastic bags. Where a food-safe moisture barrier is required, we use PLA (plant-based, compostable) coatings or PE lining — not single-use plastics. This is central to our commitment to sustainable packaging.
Because all our products are fully customized, pricing depends on the specific size, material, print colors, finish, and quantity. We do not publish a generic price list. Instead, please tell us your product requirements and we will provide a detailed, accurate quotation — typically within 24 business hours.

Yes — we strongly recommend requesting a physical sample before committing to mass production. Our samples are made using the same materials and processes as the final product, so you can check every detail: structure, print quality, finish, and fit. Sample lead time is 5–7 business days.
We offer 6-color offset printing, digital printing, UV spot coating, matte and gloss lamination, soft-touch lamination, hot stamping (gold / silver / custom), blind embossing, debossing, foil blocking, and screen printing. We can combine multiple techniques in a single product for premium results.
